In today’s post, I am posting a link that I have copied from my laptop. In today’s MSN front page news – described the incidents on ‘Wind Turbines‘ that were falling everywhere. The news caught my attention as usual b/c of my renewable energy advocacy. I volunteer for this form of energy source. Interestingly, the news added a video of some volunteer wind turbine fixers phenomenal story: I watched the added video many times to understand the image and the story of the turbine itself. The video and the message are stunning.
A high-quality dense cinematic footage video. Depicted – a Parisian family saga: the origin of the story began in 1873, pause for a while during 2nd WWII, repaired and continued till recent fixing time as an ‘antique Wind Turbine’ – the turbine got back now its work life.
Again, Villagers replaced the old turbine now with rainbow colored turbine. The original one was destroyed in 1960s. So, the enthusiasts sort out another one to give back to villagers as part of their heritage. Everything was done by the group members. All young retirees from the variety of professionals participated in this restoration based on their capacities. The video LINK is here:
